Every order is delivered as per specifications of the product mentioned in the website. Shall take due caution at the time of delivery to deliver the product to the correct person at the address on the order form, but disclaims any assurance & responsibility for claims, damages, and/or compensation.

The Indian Karigar works on customized bespoke outfits where clients provide us their designs and inspirations. Any similarity of work or product of any other company or person therefore is not the responsibility of The Indian Karigar. Its the responsibility of the client sending us their inspirations or designs. We do not sell designs of any other company or person. We work only as per the images provided by our clients. So any client sending us their inspiration or image of design has to take care of copyrights and policies. We are only following instructions and crafting the outfits as asked by the clients in high quality fabrics and high end craftsmanship.

The Indian Karigar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. In no event shall The Indian Karigar be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages resulting from:
(a) the use or the inability to use the Services or Products;
(b) unauthorized access to or alteration of the user's transmissions or data;
(c) any other matter relating to the services; including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Website or Service. Further, The Indian Karigar shall not be held responsible for non-availability of the Website during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to the website that may occur due to technical reasons or for any reason beyond our control.
